Welcome Back Snowbirds!!!

The grounds are looking great, the golf course is ready for play, and our team has been busy all summer making improvements to ensure your stay is as comfortable and enjoyable as ever. Whether you’re reconnecting with friends, hitting the fairways, or simply soaking up the Florida sunshine, we’re excited to have you back and look forward to another wonderful season together at Sanlan.

Know What We Did This Summer

At Sanlan, we take pride in keeping the property in top condition year-round, especially during the summer months when we prepare for our seasonal residents and guests. Our maintenance team stays busy with a variety of projects — from painting and upgrading bathhouses to cleaning and repairing the large pool and trimming trees throughout the grounds. These improvements, along with regular upkeep across the resort, ensure that everything looks beautiful and runs smoothly when our seasonal resident and guest return in the fall. From

It’s our way of making sure Sanlan remains a clean, safe, and welcoming place for everyone to enjoy.

About our Furry Friends

For everyone’s safety and enjoyment, please remember to keep your dog on a leash and under control at all times while walking around the property. Leashing your pet helps prevent unexpected encounters with wildlife, other dogs, or guests, and ensures your dog stays close by. Also, be sure to curb your dog by picking up after them—keeping our grounds clean and pleasant for everyone to enjoy.

As temperatures drop, it’s important to keep your furry friends safe and comfortable.

Make sure your dog has a warm, dry place to sleep away from drafts, and limit time outdoors during very cold or wet weather. Short-haired or smaller breeds may benefit from a cozy sweater or jacket on chilly walks.
