Rules & Regulations

RESIDENTS: It is VERY important that you check into the office on your arrival to Sanlan and check out in the office when you leave to go home. Also, if you are leaving for a period of time, please let the office know.  It does state in your lease that checking in ON ARRIVAL is mandatory.  It is important that we have an accurate list of who residing in the park at any time as the law requires. Besides is importan in case of emergencies – personal, weather or national security.  If we get mail or packages for you and you are not checked in, it may be returned to your home address! 

Check-in
RV Sites

Check-in time is 3pm. Early arrival fee is $30 – depending on availability. Early arrival is not available January through April.

  • Mirror Tags and registration cards are provided at check in. Mirror tags are required to be displayed while on the premises.
  • Check out time is 12pm. A late check out fees will be charged after an extended stay between 12pm-3pm. Departure after 3pm customer will be charged a nightly rate.
  • The maximum number of people allowed per RV site is 5 people. The nightly rate covers 2 people.

We ask that, when checking in, you make sure that we have your current local phone number, email address,emergency contact information and vehicle(s) information including: make, color, license plate.


Mobile Home Park (
MHP) & Annual On-Site (AOS)

No chek-in time requirement, but must check in with RV office as soon as possible after arrival. All records including contact and vehicle information must be updated.

Visitors

All visitors and their vehicles are required to be registered at the office on arrival. There is a $5 charge per person per day for overnight visitors/pool guests and a $2.00 charge for extra vehicles per day. 2 weeks is the maximum length of stay per the lease. RV owners and unit owners are responsible for the actions of their guests.

Children

Children are allowed to stay in the park for a maximum of 2 weeks during the high season (October-April) with no limits between (May-September)

    1. Parents are responsible (financially and otherwise) for their children. Vandalism of property will be charged to the parents.
    2. Children under age 10 must be accompanied by an adult in the restrooms and in the All Purpose Rooms.

Recreational Vehicle Policy

    1. All recreational vehicles must have current registration and maintained in good condition. 
    2. Site must be of the right size to accommodate the rig. 

Quiet time

Respect quiet time from 10:00 P.M. to 8:00 A.M. No work or noise producing activity allowed during this time.

Site Rules

All guests must observe and follow all posted signs throughout the resort.

    1. All sewer waste and water hook ups must be free of leaks.
    2. No walking through occupied sites.
    3. Discharge of any wastewater (septic or gray water) is prohibited.
    4. No Littering.
    5. Only umbrella-type clotheslines are permitted and must be closed when not in use. Stringing clotheslines between trees or rigs and vehicles is not permitted.
    6. Do not move picnic tables without permission. You can fill out a work order in the office to have picnic tables moved or request additional tables for an event.
    7. Ground fires or open fires are not permitted. Fires in fire pits or grills off the ground and covered to prevent sparks from flying in the air are permitted.

Alcoholic Beverages

No alcohol allowed off your sites or at the pools.


Trash and Recycles

    1. There are several dumpsters located around the campground for your convenience. Please bag your trash and place it in a dumpster.  If the nearest dumpster is full, please find another. DO NOT PLACE GARBAGE ON THE GROUND. One of the dumpsters is designated for recycling.  This includes glass, cardboard, and clean metal cans.
    2. Please see the RV office about disposing of large items.

Pets

A copy of your dog(s) current vaccination records must be provided to the office upon request.

    1. Two pets are permitted per unit. There is a $1.00 per day fee per dog.
    2. Wildlife or farm animals are prohibited from being on the premises.
    3. Aggressive pets are not permitted; owners will be asked to vacate the premises if a pet shows aggression.
    4. Pets must not be left unattended and must always be on a leash when outdoors. 6’- 8’ leashes are permitted. Retractable leashes are prohibited.
    5. You are required to pick up after your dogs. Fines will be imposed if you are caught not picking up after your pets. We have installed pet waste stations throughout the park for your convenience.
    6. Pets are not allowed in any buildings or bath houses except Service Dogs Emotional support pets are not allowed in any buildings or bath houses.

Pools

    1. Use of pool and pool areas are at your own risk. Pool use is for registered guests and their registered guests only. No lifeguard is present.
    2. All children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Additional Pool rules are posted at the pools for your safety.
    3. No glass or alcohol are allowed in the pool area.
    4. If the pools are closed and the gates locked, no one is allowed in the pool area
    5. No diapers are allowed in the pool; appropriate swimwear must be worn-no cutoffs are allowed.
    6. No running, jumping or diving is allowed in any of the pools.

Vehicles

Only 2 licensed vehicles are permitted per site – your rig and tow vehicle. Additional vehicles are $2.00 per day and must be parked in designated area by the RV office.

    1. ATVs, side by sides, minibikes, skateboards, hover boards, remote controlled cars, go carts are not allowed in the park
    2. Golf carts are allowed but must have regular cart tires. Knobby ties are not permitted.
    3. Bicycles must have lights if being ridden after dark. Helmets are required for children under the age of 16.
    4. No mechanical work or changing of oil is allowed.
    5. Washing of cars and RVs is $20.00 please pay at the park office prior to washing.
    6. No charging of electric vehicles on the premises is allowed. Guests will be responsible for any damage caused by attempting to charge your electric vehicle. Any damage to your own property is your responsibility. If you’re found charging a vehicle you will be charged a fee of: $$$$

Mail & Deliveries

Salan staff is not responsible for the delivery or non-delivery of mail. We sort mail delivered by carriers as a courtesy to our residents. If you experience any delivery issues, please contact USPS or your shipping provider directly.

Mail may be retrieved during regular office hours. If you are unable to pick up your mail during those hours, please contact us to make alternative arrangements.

If mail or packages arrive for you before you have checked in, they may be returned to your home address unless you notify us in advance of your plans.

When having mail or packages sent to you, please use the following format and include your Lot Number:

Amazon and UPS deliveries can be picked up in the mail room located across from the front desk in the RV office. Packages are organized alphabetically by last name. Oversized items may be placed outside the mail room. Residents or guests expecting large packages are asked to retrieve them promptly to help prevent clutter and preserve space.

If time permits and we notice a package that requires refrigeration, we may contact you as a courtesy. However, most residents receive delivery notifications directly from their shipping provider and are responsible for picking up packages promptly. Office staff is not responsible for notifying residents of package arrivals.

Certified mail or signature-required deliveries will only be accepted if the resident or guest has provided written authorization allowing our office to sign on their behalf.


Propane

    1. Portable gas tanks will be filled at 10:00 A.M. and 2:00 P.M. Please come into the office and pay.  You will attach your receipt to your tank and place on the left of the tank under the “EMPTY” sign.  When they have been filled, they will be place under the “FULL” sign for you to pick up.

Trails

    1. Use of the trails is at your own risk. Bicycles, golf carts and mopeds are permitted on our trails.  No automobiles, trucks, golf carts with knobby tires or ATVs are allowed (other than Sanlan vehicles). 

Damage to Sanlan property

A service fee will be charged to repair damage to water lines, meter posts, gates, etc. caused by camper negligence.


Firearms

Firearms are not permitted on the premises.|

Fireworks 

Fireworks are not permitted on the premises.

Golf Carts

These rules are for your safety. Rules for the rental carts and carts brought into the park by residents:

    1. DRIVERS MUST BE LICENSED – AGE 21 FOR RENTALS AND AGE 16 (ACCOMPANIED BY A LICENSED DRIVER) FOR OTHERS.

    2. Cart must be in good condition and have regular golf cart tires. Knobby tires are not permitted in the park or on the trails. 

    3. All passengers must be always seated in the cart. The number of riders per golf cart is equivalent to the number of seats. No one may stand, lay on or hang onto the back of a cart at any time.

    4. Racing or horseplay will not be allowed.

    5. No alcohol is allowed on the rental carts.

    6. Carts must have lights on when driven at night.

Permission to use your cart in the park may be revoked if multiple violations of these rules are reported

 

Golf Course

YOU MAY NOT GO ONTO THE GOLF COURSE AFTER IT IS CLOSED! THIS INCLUDES WALKERS, RUNNERS, BIKERS AND GOLF CARTS.


Renting your unit:

A rental rider, provided to you when you got your lease and available from the office, must be filled out and submitted to the Office PRIOR to your renters’ arrival. Renters must register at the office ON ARRIVAL in the park.
